I got a 1-bedroom condo unit at the Berkeley Residences in Katipunan. Shake me awake. This is by far the biggest purchase I've made in the entire thirty-plus years of my life.

The building construction doesn't get finished until next year. I hope the place turns out okay. I'm scared, but also excited!

I'll probably rent it off. Pero habang walang renter, baka dun ako pag weekends. May pool e. Exciting. Hehe.

meron kayang para sa commercial space na installment? i'm... not exactly sure where to look XD but i've been warned na sobrang mahal talaga pag commercial space.

Alam ko pwedeng installment yung commercial space, depende naman sa bank yan kung i-approve nila e. pero di ko alam yung total na cost ng ganon. Malamang nga super-mahal. :D

ayan, may natanong akong realtor. meron daw commercial spaces na available sa one archer's place (taft). 5M siya. pwede raw 60% down (0% interest payable in 33 months), or 20% down (0% interest payable in one year). next year na yung turnover. :)
